This a small little memorial.

During WWII, this was considered the second largest city in Oregon. Camp Adair housed 4 different infantry divisions. 2 went to Europe and 2 went to the Pacific. The camp is gone now. The area is a wild life preserve now.

It's special for me, because my Great Uncle was trained here before he went to Europe.

You should stop and check it out. It's a great little piece history.
